Registered Clubs

Typically, we allow any and all clubs to participate in contests. However, only registered clubs can enter for the spotlight. Unlike unregistered clubs owned by customers, these clubs are given more disciplinary competitions and the capability to participate in the club spotlight. You can see down below the RC requirements and expectations. 

However, RC is only a function within Discord. If your club owner does not have a Discord account, one of your leaders can substitute for them. If that's the case, we'll ask to meet the owner and confirm they approve. These clubs have their own responsibilities within SSC to keep their RC rank. If an owner/leader is falling behind on activities required, they'll receive a DM from one of the SSC owners. 

Requirements

  1. Must be at least 1 month old.

  2. 15+ members.

  3. Must have Instagram account dedicated to the club.

  4. Must have a website dedicated to the club.

  5. Only the owner can register.

  6. Owner must be in the SSC server for as long as it's registered.

Expectations

Registered clubs are expected to participate in contests and disciplinary competitions within their club focus. For clubs that have no discipline focus, they're free to take the excuse here. RC's are never expected to participate in every contest ever. As long as you keep a regular tabs on the competitions and participate, you're all set.

Owners are expected to alert the SSC owners of any club changes. Things like a rebranding so we can keep track and synchronize your achievements and placements. Another is disbanding, so we're able to remove your club name from the RC lists. Unlike other servers were RC's are supported, we do not make announcements in their favor. For example, we don't announce their application status and we do not announce any changes within the club.

Owners and members alike are expected to help make SSC better by making suggestions about how our club system works so we're then able to improve our system for your convenience. This is also expected of customers, however, there's no rule saying the must.

Although club spotlight is a new function for RC's, they're still expected to register for the event whether they try their best or not. Spotlight is something that only opens every one to three months. With that being said, it's plenty of time to prepare and adjust for the next opening.
